Here are 5 tips the credit bureaus do NOT want you to know about |
If you want to beat the bureaus, you there are a few things you should keep in mind when creating your dispute plan against them. This email specifically includes 5, but there are TONS! I might even create a series on it. We'll see. Tips Part 1: 1. Credit bureaus give higher priority to priority mail and registered mail. According to a lawsuit, it even goes to a different department for processing. This can decrease the chances that the credit bureaus will just ignore your disputes, which can increase your chances of deletion and resolution in your favor. 2. You don't need their fraud protection/extra monitoring services. Directly from the horse's mouth, these services are to instill fear about fraud, or about your info appearing on the dark web. How many consumers received notifications that their info "appeared on the dark web"? Millions. Why? Fear. of fraud. What do you do when you're worried about this? You seek services that will "protect" you. The truth is, their services only search ONE site on the dark web... If that is something you are truly worried about, I recommend IdentityGuard. It is run by the Kroll Company, the same people who helped Pres. Obama when his personal info got hacked. (Those other sites have huge limitations on what protections you have and they are not at all recommended by me, such as LifeLock). 3. If the credit bureaus delete and then reinsert an account within 3 days, they don't have to notify you of the deletion AND are not held accountable under FCRA 611. How do you get around this? Do. Not. Dispute. Online. Not only are you giving up important rights under FCRA 623 and 611, but you are also agreeing to not holding them accountable about the deletion/reinsertion clause. 4. Do not sign your letters and make sure you do return receipt if sending certified. Seems kinda like "duh", but here's the reason why: Your signature will end up on agreements/contracts that you never signed. Don't worry about your license cuz that signature is too small. Return receipt: so many consumers don't wanna pay the extra, but it's something you should really have in your paper trail against the credit bureaus. Everything we do is based on facts - you want to know when it was received, when it was signed for, etc. That way, we can use these super important violations against them and get our deletions! 5. Lastly, you may have heard me say this before but it is SO important:

Did you get your free credit sweep cheat sheets? |
If you didn't see the email I sent out about getting your 4-page 100% free credit sweep cheat sheets, you can go grab that now in my telegram channel at https://sendmeto.co/telegram - it's in the pinned messages. Also, I have decided to open the 4-in-1 deal up for 3 days (ends Friday night or Saturday morning) for those of my subscribers that wanted to pay via debit or credit. The prior deal was bitcoin-only but I'll compromise here. If you want to get access to Live Automation (all future updates and versions included), the fb group for LA, the Credit Repair Course on Steroids - Atomic Version, Dispute Funnel Course, and Chat with Credit, you can get it for just $249 (one-time payment), and you can pay with debit/credit. Do that here https://sendmeto.co/4in1 *Why is there a difference in the payment amount? I have to pay platform fees, merchant fees, bank fees, processor fees, etc. and to cover it to allow you to pay via debit or credit, I've increased the fee from $199 to $249 |
